Delivery and Returns

Delivery charges:

Within the island of Ireland and to the UK, the delivery charge is €6 regardless of weight. 

Our Partners for deliveries is AnPost for deliveries to Republic of Ireland and/or DPD and Royal Mail for deliveries to Northern Ireland and/or UK.

For all other international destinations please contact us directly using our Contact page.

Our delivery charges do not include custom fees for international customers.

Delivery Times 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, however in Ireland next day delivery should be possible if your order is received before 11am. 

Please provide us with a contact mobile number when ordering so that the courier can contact you to organise the quickest possible delivery.

Our Returns Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

As a result of the UK leaving the EU, products that are delivered to the UK (Excluding Northern Ireland) are now classed as an International Delivery and may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty,, levies, and other charges. Orders shipping to the UK, that are valued over €150 (£135) may be subject to tax and duty as per local laws and legislation. The amount owed will be payable by the person receiving the goods upon delivery. Any returns from the UK may incur costs including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods.
